Why I do photography
My photography journey initially started when my goddaughter was born but as she continues to grow up, I realized my interest in photography continues to grow. As some may know, I am a full-time social worker, but have found time throughout my days to capture special moments for those that have trusted my skills.
Photography is my self-care and has been a place that allows me to clear my mind. As you may have noticed, I do not have very many specifics when it comes to my photo sessions and there are many reasons for that. A major one being, professional photographs can be expensive and not every has the extra means. So that is why my sessions start at $100 and have minimal session regulations (ask me about it). I just want to simply capture special moments for those that are willing to share those moments with me. I’m happiest with my work when I create a picture that embraces a moment, a story, and a compositional integrity. It has always been important to me to capture a moment that we may never get back. I hope to capture photos that will bring you back to a special moment in time and allow you to relive the emotions.
